To do this, once booked through the advertised channels, you will receive by email, or telephone, our confirmation of the reservation with the total of your order and the details for the deposit into account of the required advance.
Tourist fees is a cost outside your reservation with us, so it is not reflected in the web viewer. The cost will depend on the adults staying and the days. This cost is € 1,00 per adult per day, in a maximum of seven days. In the confirmation of your reservation we will calculate the total and final cost of your stay, with all expenses included.
It is mandatory to take into account that all tourist accommodation must have a customer register, for this, a document, ID or passport will be required to access the corresponding registry.
There is a deposit of € 200 to be paid on the day of arrival. This is for possible damages caused by the user and which we return on the day of your departure after our visit.

In case of cancellation:
If you need to cancel your rental and it is within 30 days of the scheduled date of arrival you will be refunded your full deposit.
It will have no cost to you.
If the cancellation period is less than ten days and more than one week after your arrival, 50% of your reservation advance will be refunded.
If it is less than a week there will be no refund.
Refunds apply will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.
In case of closure of the frontiers by reason COVID-19 , the deliveries made on account , will be paid in full.

It is important that the rest of our customers be respected, therefore we request that from 00: 30h, the environment, tone and volume is appropriate.
Pets are not allowed without consulting with management.
The client and his companions are responsible for the accommodations equipment.
As for the final cleaning, they must leave the apartment free of garbage and tidied up. No need to wash the bedding, or towels. We'll take care of the thorough cleaning.
The management will be allowed to cancel the stay, or not return the deposit, if these rules are not fulfilled.
